Fit Pregnancy

My goal is to stay healthy and fit during this pregnancy.  Not only is it a huge stress reliever for me, but my doctor says it can help pregnancy and labor go smoother.  I wouldn't recommend attending your first Spin class while pregnant since it is pretty intense aerobic exercise and can be draining enough on non-pregnant body, but if you're not pregnant do one!  I've been doing Spin and Pilates way before pregnancy so my doctor okay-ed it and I'm so glad I can continue the classes.

I usually do my classes on Class Pass, but tonight I went to Revolution with a friend.  Working out is always more fun and less intimidating with a buddy!  The class was at 6:45 PM and my bedtime recently has been between 8 and 9.  I thought I would be pretty tired for it since I usually attend morning classes.  It wasn't too bad though!  I got a little lost getting there, but I made it and left drenched in sweat!    
1 more week until the ultrasound that shows how much and well the babies are growing!  I am so excited to see them again (the first time was on transfer day).
